The List

This represents me and not necessarily all SPers.

1. You must have patience.
2. We know that we're being illogical, so don't try to argue logically.
3. Having an anxiety attack is scary.
4. When gripped by anxiety, physical symptoms can include difficulty breathing and shaking, so it is hard to focus on anything but anxiety.
5. Since we fear disapproval, we may have difficulty saying what is wrong.
6. Trust is hard.
7. We do expect perfection from ourselves.
8. We analyze everything.
9. We judge ourselves harshly, and assume that everyone is judging us harshly as well.
10. We don't want to be stared at, and will likely become quite anxious if you insist on doing this.
11. If you really want to set us back say, "Just snap out of it, we all have problems."
